PURCHASES AND RETURNS
1. Check out
Any items you place in your shopping basket during your visit to
fruits-passion.com will appear in your shopping basket when you proceed to
check out. If you do not wish to order all of the items in your basket, view
your basket and then click Delete beside the product you wish
to remove. Clicking Check out will take you through a process
involving five easy steps; your credit card information is only verified in the
final step.
Your credit card will be billed when we process your order. Your order will not
be finalized nor will your card debited unless you click Check out
in the final step of the process.
2. Payment and billing
We are unable to accept payments by cash or cheque for online transactions.
Fruits & Passion.com accepts the following credit cards:
- The purchase price for each product ordered is the one that appears alongside
that product on the web site, in American dollars (fruits-passion.com United States).
- The purchase price for each product ordered is the one that appears alongside
that product on the web site, in Canadian dollars (fruits-passion.com Canada).
- The cost of delivery and all applicable sales taxes are over and above the
product price (except where it is indicated that delivery is included).
- Fruits & Passion reserves the right to change the price of any product
offered on the Web site at any time and without prior notice.
U.S. residents who want to have a parcel delivered to Canada must shop on
the Canadian site and pay for their purchases in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Canadian residents who want to have a parcel delivered to the U.S. must shop
on the American site and pay for their purchases in American dollars (US).
U.S. residents who shop on the Canadian web site may calculate the approximate
product price in U.S. dollars (USD) according to the following conversion
rates:
USD$1.00 = CAD$1.20*
or
CAD$1.00 = USD$0.80
Another good conversion method is to subtract 20%* of the price indicated in
Canadian dollars to obtain the approximate price in U.S. dollars.
* The conversion rates above are for illustration purposes only. The actual rate
will be determined by your financial institution on the date of your transaction.

Fruits & Passion delivers to every State in the United States with the
exception of Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
We do not deliver outside of Canada and the United States.
4. Product delivery
Fruits & Passion will deliver orders to the address provided by the customer
upon ordering.
The cost and speed of delivery may vary depending on the destination, the mode
of delivery, and/or product availability. Delivery time is calculated as of the
product's date of departure from Fruits & Passion offices.
Product delivery is subject to the corporate policies governing the delivery
companies used by Fruits & Passion, which presently include CanadaPost
within Canada, and UPS for the United States; as well as to the corporate
policies governing other delivery companies used by Fruits & Passion from
time to time.
Delivery will also be subject to policies concerning the signature of waybills.
If you are absent from the delivery location provided to Fruits & Passion,
it is your responsibility to pick up the undelivered products from any of the
above-mentioned companies in accordance with said company's policies.

5. Returns and exchange
You may return any Fruits & Passion product at any time up until the 30th
day after receipt of the said product on the strict condition that the product
has not been removed from its original packaging and that the packaging has not
been damaged (unless the product is defective).

Returned products must be accompanied by the invoice and order number. Subject
to the above, you need not provide any justification to Fruits & Passion
nor pay any penalty.
You must assume the cost and risks of product returns, unless Fruits &
Passion failed to deliver the
product ordered or if the product delivered is defective. In such a case, Fruits
& Passion will assume the costs and risks related to transportation,
provided that you use a transportation company that guarantees against losses
and damages.
6. Promotions
From time to time, Fruits & Passion uses promotional codes to offer
customers discounts or special offers. These promotional codes must be entered in the Promotional code
box at Step 4 of the check-out process.
The codes may be sent out by e-mail or published in magazines as part of an ad or joint offer.

the check out, you will lose the contents of your shopping basket.
IMPORTANT
When you add your first item to your shopping basket, a message will appear
indicating which site to use according to the delivery destination. Here's what

Fruits & Passion does not presently offer gift wrapping. However, you may
choose to have a gift bag and tissue paper added to your order at no additional
cost, so that you may wrap gift items once you receive your order. Just put a
checkmark in the appropriate box when you reach Step 4 of the order process.

You also have the option of receiving our product catalogue. Just put a

4. Search engine
To conduct a search, first choose your search type (i.e. by keyword, fragrance,
product line, or price). Please note that, for the search engine to work, you
must click the “OK” button to the right; hitting the “Enter” command will not
activate the search engine.
The search engine is not case-sensitive. As such, you can use the upper case,
lower case, or both cases to conduct your search. However, please ensure you
use the correct spelling in your search terms.

The site map may be useful if you are unable to find the product you are looking
for, or wish to get an overview of the site.

How do I place a product into my shopping basket?
To place a product into your shopping basket, just choose the product from among
our product selection, select the available fragrance or option (if
applicable), and indicate the quantity. After that, you just need to click on "Add to basket" and the product will be automatically added.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, follow these five easy steps. Once you've accessed your
shopping basket:
- Click on Check out.
- Select the destination country using the drop-down menu.
- Complete the delivery address fields. You may use this step to indicate a
delivery address different from the billing address if your order is intended
as a gift.
- Verify the information appearing in the Review section and
enter your promotional code, if applicable.
- Re-verify the address information and indicate your method of payment. If you
would like your parcel to contain a message or greeting, type your text into
the Comment box. Click once on Check out and
wait for the confirmation message.
